Horrible Hundred
35/70/100 miles. The Florida Freewheelers invite you to join 2,000 riders in the 31st edition of the Horrible Hundred; one of the oldest continuous rides in Florida. You will ride the "mountains" of Central Florida with names like Buckhill, The Wall, Citrus Tower Hill, Hospital Hill, and of course, Sugarloaf Mountain. Saturday familiarization rides will get you warmed up for the main event on Sunday. The century start on Sunday will be at Waterfront Park on Lake Minneola in Clermont at 8:00 a.m. Early preregistration includes a T-shirt. Online and day of registration are available. Routes are well marked, rest stops every 20 miles, SAG service available. Fruit and bagels available before the ride. Food and drinks at the finish. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
